The Russellville City Council approved the hiring of Camie Chard as Accounts Payable Clerk at the council's April 15th meeting. The Russellville Civil Service Board conducted candidate interviews last week. At Monday's meeting, Chard was the recommendation of City Clerk Belinda Miller.
