The annual Jam at Sloss Lake Fourth of July event will begin this evening at 5 p.m. City officials met this morning and came up with the revised schedule after receiving updated weather information.
Musical lineup includes Southbound, KGB and Rewind.
Fireworks show will begin earlier than originally planned. Russellville City Councilman Gary Cummings said the fireworks show will be underway by 9:30 p.m.
Entertainment lineup as follows:
5-6:20 p.m.: Southbound
6:35-8 p.m.: KGB
8:15-9:20 p.m.: Rewind
Inflatables for kids will be available at no cost. Additionally, vendors will be on site with food items. At 9:25, the Russellville High School Rocketry Team will shoot a rocket to begin the fireworks festivities.
