Letter to the Editor: Thank you to all ‘Cottons for Christmas’ sock drive supporters

Dear Editor,

The Franklin County Farmers Federation Women’s Committee would like to thank each and everyone of you for your generous donations during our annual “Cottons for Christmas” sock drive.

With your help we were able to collect over 400 pairs of socks. For 2025 we made those donations to the patients of Burns Nursing Home. Each patient received multiple pairs of socks thanks to your help!

We also collected approximately 50 pairs of children’s socks and those were donated to the Children’s Home.

We appreciate your continued support of this wonderful project.
