Community Spirit Bank is pleased to welcome Leigha Morgan to our team as Assistant Vice President and Senior Compliance/BSA Specialist at our Red Bay main office. A Franklin County native, Leigha brings more than 20 years of banking experience and a broad understanding of the processes that support dependable, personal service.
Throughout her career, Leigha has developed an extensive background in loan operations, regulatory compliance, internal auditing, and mortgage banking. Her experience includes Fair Lending, HMDA compliance, risk management, regulatory examinations, and mortgage pipeline management, along with process improvement and employee training. Most recently, she served in a leadership role overseeing mortgage operations.

Leigha is a graduate of Northwest-Shoals Community College and has earned multiple diplomas through the Center for Financial Training.
Born and raised in Franklin County, Leigha resides in Spruce Pine with her husband, Jerrod, and their son, Jake. In her spare time, she enjoys photography and antiquing.
