75 years strong, Gateway Church to celebrate milestone anniversary Sunday, August 16th

For 75 years the Russellville Church of God/Gateway Church has stood as a beacon of faith, hope, and love in Russellville, Alabama and Franklin County.

From our humble beginnings in the summer of 1951, where we met at the Union Hall , and then on to Sockwell Avenue, and now on Hwy 43, God has guided and sustained us and grown our congregation through generations. 

We invite our members, alumni, and all our community friends to bring their families and join us in a special worship service to commemorate this wonderful day and celebrate together. 

The celebration will begin Sunday morning, August 16th at 10:00 am. Gateway Church of God is located at 15988 Hwy 43 N in Russellville.

Our guest speaker will be Bishop Tim Hill, and our special singers will be some of our singers from the past 75 years. A historical retrospective slideshow will be shown before the service begins and will be played again directly afterwards. A wonderful lunch will be served in the fellowship hall immediately after the service.

Psalm 126:3 KJV The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.
