PCHS volleyball season ends in first round of AHSAA North Super Regional

The Phil Campbell High School varsity volleyball team’s season came to an end in the opening round of the AHSAA North Super Regional tournament on Wednesday morning.

The Lady Bobcats, facing a top 10-ranked Donoho School team with 13 state titles in its history, fell 3-0, losing the first set 25-9, the second 25-14, and the final set 25-7.

Phil Campbell battled Donoho tough, but ultimately the Lady Falcons were too much for the Class 3A Area 15 runner-up.

PCHS ends its 2025 campaign with a final 6-26 record.
